Hacking Trouble with current firmware

So a few months ago -about half a year- I got CFW on my old 3ds through ntrboothax w/ R4i Gold 3DS RTS, and last week I friend asked me to randomize our Omega Ruby cartridges, but the hblauncher cia doesn't support game selecting so I need another entrypoint. First I went to settings and for some reason it says the firmware is "11.3" -well, I tried to outdate my 3DS to 11.3 a few months ago- anything else. So I tried to install soundhax, and it didn't worked and well, I went to freeshop, downloaded Cubic Ninja and didn't work as well. And then, I was tired of giving up and I thought maybe steelhax would work but such as I don't even know on wich firmware I actually am, I don't know wich otherapp download, so I figured "if I update my 3DS it will get fixed" but it says it is already updated and still "11.3"

Maybe there's a way to update to 11.6 with CIAs, and I don't mind to do that so if someone knows how to do that please help.

no idea what you are trying to do here, but if you have CFW, why the fuck are you trying to use homebrew menu via other entry points,

you most like need to upgrade your a9lh or b9s to a newer version

turn off your 3ds,
power on your 3ds while holding Select and look at the version of Luma
7.0.5 or less follow https://3ds.hacks.guide/a9lh-to-b9s
7.1 follow https://3ds.hacks.guide/updating-b9s
8.0 just download the luma 7z from https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/releases/tag/v9.0 and place the boot.firm from inside that on your 3ds SD card
if you have 9.0 already then.......

I'm trying to dump Omega Ruby through "braindump" but it has to select the title you wanna dump but the rosalina entrypoint doesn't support title selecting so I need another entrypoint and I don't know exactly wich firmware do I have

thats because you dont have the godmode9.firm in your luma/payloads folder

you can use godmode9 to dump it into multiple formats

goto Gamecart
goto the xxxxxxx.3ds
NCSD image options
Mount image to drive
goto content0.game

there are all the files there

hover over the romfs and press R+A
then choose Copy to gm9/out

then it will extract all the files to the SD:/gm9/out folder for you to play with

I'm pretty sure you can somehow convert the HANS type to the Luma type too.
