ROM Hack trouble making custom acnl villager

hello! im new here so im sorry if im posting in the wrong area...anyways...im trying to make a custom acnl villager and i have everything needed and i followed the instructions on the tutorial but when i go to load my model on ohana3ds rebirth it just shows a bunch of what im assuming is code (im a noob at this stuff sorry) and when i tried an older version of ohana it said something like it wasnt a model file...any help here guys?

(I think this is how I reply I'm sorry if I'm doing this wrong) so the first picture is the file (the file for marina) the second picture is what happens when I enter it into ohsna rebirth and the third is the error I get in the old version of ohana.. sorry if I make no sense I'm just really confused
