Hacking Trouble installing IOS

Hi there, I've been having some trouble installing an IOS. I've tried a few versions such as cIOS Rev9 and rev10, to no avail. Everything seems to be working fine when it downloads, but when it goes to install i get an error ret- 2011 or something of the sort, then i have to restart and it isn't installed. I have tried .wad and network installation, neither work. Could it be a problem with my Wii version? I'm running 3.4u, and I've heard some stuff about 3.2 being the best, or should I update to 4.0? I have a feeling this may be the issue. These reason I'm doing this btw, is so i can install a USB loader.

First use Trucha Bug Restorer then try to install the cIOS again.

Thanka for the tut xzxero, it worked great! I couldn't get the preloader to work, but its not necessary, all I wanted was to get the USB loader to work, and it does. Thanks again, I'll be back if I need more help.
