hey switch community,

Im hoping someone can help me.

I have this game in xci that i want to convert to nsp. Im using the 4nxci but when the command prompt closes, i only get nca files and not an nsp. Iv looked everywhere for the converted nsp (which is suppose to be in the same folder as the xci) but it isnt there.

Can anyone help me?

Steps:

I have my keys.dat on same folder as the xci amd the other files.
I drag xci to the 4nxci
Command prompt comes up saying saving xxxxxxxx.nsp and then after a while it just closes

Only getting nca files on the temp folder

Someone can let me know what im doing wrong i would greatly appreciate it

Assuming you're dumping a cart, your best bet would be N1dus. it will do XCI-NSP conversion and installation directly on the console without requiring a PC.

Had the same/a simmilar issue in VMWare on a virtual Desktop (Z: drive), solution was to copy 4nxci, keys.dat and the xci file to an external harddisk, and run them from there. Worked.

Might have something to do with write permissions, or simulated paths.

Not sure if it helps you, but this helped me to solve my hangup with a similar error profile. :)

Tried using n1dus, but got the same errors pretty much... gives me an error after extracting .nca... and installing the xci directly didnt work either :( but appreciate the response
