Hacking Trinket M0 Possibly defective

Have a batch of 7 Trinket M0s that are possibly defective

They all do the same thing

USB not recognized

Button press does nothing

Any insight would be great

Tried many usb cables even cable that can program my other Trinkets

Tried usb hub and all my usb ports

I have this issue but I suspect it's my chipset. It's a real pain in the ass. If I do get it recognized after dozens of unplug/replug/diff port....only 1/500 times does it show up as a drive to use a .uf2

Usually it only shows up as a port and requires Arduino flashing and I have to convert the payload using old working src from mattytrog
