ROM Hack Trimming ROM Files

Hey, I wanna trim my .NDS files but i don't know it's safe because i read that if the file is not 32, 64, or 128MB or other formats is, it'll crash...

what it does: trims .nds roms, doesn't delete wifi data (unlike r4ds trim) renames nds games so you don't have those release numbers)

actuslly there IS no risk at all, as long as the "overwrite files" is unticked then your original games arn't at risk at all. also 1 note: remember to rename the .sav from the original rom to the trimed 1.l

It's also worth mentioning that a lot of patches/game translations etc will only work on untrimmed ROMs, so if you happen to find any game that needs patching then do it before you trim.

No, if you patch a trimmed game with a translation patch or something it most likely will not work. Nothing to do with cheats.

The game says after 'touch the screen to continue' error sav file blabla... then it start over again.
