Well...every game gives me a blackscreen, loaded with the default settings, only changed to the new Apploader...so guess this won't work, or I'm too stupid...

Otherwise, with the Normal method, it works like it should, and it's even faster in loading.

Could it be that all the games that do not work, are import games? Also, it's only faster because it has less sleeps.

I guess not...at least some games which I've tried are for shure PAL ones, on a PAL Console. And they didn't work with the Apploader...at least for me.

Im having problems (hangs, blue screen or code dump) with rev0.64 however with old versions it works. (usb hard disk) any idea?

You guys probably already know this, but Japanese characters don't display or appear corrupt in the Triiforce menu, probably because of the font/text library you're using. I imagine it'll be fixed when a proper GUI is ready.

Megaman 9 from USB Nand shows black bars on the sides. Wii is setup for 4:3, Contra did this too but had a built in correction, is this a problem with MM9 or triiforce?

Awesome work WiiPower!!

Big Kahuna Party didn't work for me normally, I tried this to force video mode to NTSC and it works perfectly on my PAL Wii 4.1E.

I can get every other game to work, but the ones I can't your program shines!! Excellent work.

So far I needed to use it for:

Rock N' Roll Climber & Big Kahuna Party on PAL Wii, both work when video mode is set to NTSC!!

any way we can get a channel like the beta 5 one? For some reason my HDD won't work with Triiforce. I still think it's more of a fat16 v fat32 issue as I haven't been able to get any SDHC card to work either. The channel with the boot.dol embedded worked beautifully for me with my 2GB card.

Encountered a weird bug from beta 6 to beta 7. When the app loads "usb-nand" emu and I press the "B" button, it will crash (ie. won't allow me to "press any button"). A hard shutdown is required after that. Any known solutions?

thanks

same here
I think imma stick with the
"original" flavor for now
until a proper or more stable GUI is out
nice work tho

I don't understand this bug. Can you describe it more precisely?

I want to know something. Each time you install or run a channel for the first time, we all know that a UID is generated. If a VC/WiiWare is installed with WAD Manager, the UID is correctly added. If I install a VC/WiiWare with wad2nand and run the game with Triiforce for the first time with nand emu, the UID.sys seems to be messed up and some games won't run at all. So, what is causing this issue? The cIOS or Triiforce?

Maybe Triiforce doesn't work that way. I mean, the VC/Wiiware needs to be installed with WAD Manager to run correctly.

[Edit] Well, forget what I said. I just fixed the issue. I have to run the game once before installing another. This way, the UID will be generated correctly and the game will run with no problem.

I think Marc described something similiar http://gbatemp.net/index.php?s=&showto...t&p=2321221

Quote: "Another thing I did to the original code is to disable NAND emu before exiting, because it froze for me when I tried to exit Triiforce without playing a game. Now I don't have to use the reboot system function and it returns to the HBC correctly."

For me, when I select "usb - nand emu" and don't load any game, I will freeze when trying to exit Triiforce.

If anyone interested, the latest version of Crap contains a triiforce loader... you can create forwarder channels for the games with the original banner of the game...

here : http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=151174

by the way, it would be nice if developers of this nifty tool can establish a generic configuration method for this type of launching... that way users can easily benefit from the last updates of the loader.

What do you mean with that WiiCrazy ?

For example,
User launches the game using triiforce, saves the settings. And triiforce remembers those settings and accesses using only the title id... Then you can reserve an area in the program for the default booting title id so that my and other channel creating apps can patch... If you keep the title id placeholder in your app intact then users can still use our channel creators.

See the example here : http://code.google.com/p/crapwii/source/br...e/source/main.c
