ok i am having a lot of problem with this chapter. this is the one where the guy had tumors in his intestines. i tried it for like 20-30 minutes and it seems like i am not even close. am i just too slow or something?

i gel and cut open
inject inflammations (big ones first)

then by the time i removed 1-2 tumors he's usually dead.

im frustrated!!

The best way to do this mission i thought is to take it one tumor at a time. Locate it and do the normal procedure. After you finish the first one just re inject the patient with the vital serum and start on the next one. this should make it fairly simpler if you just keep refilling the vitals after each one.

i love the vitals serum. its my favorite thing
the green liquid. i just pump the patients with that stuff like crazy. like chinese food and MSG
