Hacking Trauma Center Loader GX Problem

Has anyone been able to run Trauma Center: New Blood with 2 controllers on Loader GX (latest build)? Using Rev13b, it freezes on black screen during boot if two controllers are setup. 1 controller works. Using rev9,10, or 12, it won't freeze, but it will automatically disable the 2nd controller and won't let you sync it back up until you exit the game. When running the game from the disk, it's working perfectly.

works fine here, although i use hermes 222 as default, r13a for games that require it.
one thing is this game wont detect/sync the 2nd wiimote until you change the mode from single to co-op on episode selection screen
