Transferring game from Sd to PC

Hi all.

I recently used DBI to dump all my games onto the SD card via game cart. I now wish to back them up onto my pc for further safety. Could you please advise on the best app to create the relevant files in which I can copy and paste from the Sd to PC

Run MTP responder / X-Button from dbi main menu
(USB-C cable required)

EDIT:
The previous game dumps will be in the /switch/dbi/ folder on the sd card.
