Hardware Transfering SX OS Console to Legit console

Hello, i have 2 Switch
One with SX Pro and Banned (console restricted by nintendo) with my real Nintendo ID
Other 100% legit and NEW

i want to transfert data for have my Real ID in my NEW Switch (this switch will be only for multiplayer game and 100% legit)

if i transfer, can my legit & new switch be banned too or not ????

Don't ever connect to the internet and you'll be fine.
Connect to the internet, you'll get banned.

Why is this so hard for people to understand?

The ban is applied to the console, not your Id.

What is it that you need to transfer? Did you purchase games on your older console before installing SX OS?

TBH, I would just leave them and start anew on the new console. Never go online with the hacked console.

No it's just for add my real ID on my legit switch, don't want to create another ID
My ID is connected to my all nintendo mobile games, facebook, twitter and 3DS.

Unless that ID is connected to any online purchases, nothing is actually tied to your Nintendo Account. Saves, update data, and DLC are tied to the console not the Account and can be transferred/installed with hacks. You also cannot transfer the Nintendo Account without calling Nintendo to unlink it for you. If you tell them you are trying to unlink it because its banned, they might not comply. They will most likely unlink it if you lie to them and say you sold the console or something, but if they notice that Account being used online with another account, there's no telling what may happen.

i can log into my new legit switch without any problems, i can play online, see my friend list, eshop, all is perfect (but of course my saves and DLC are gone, MK8 or Splatoon 2 i'm Level 1) but when i want to buy something in eshop (or dl DLC i bought) it says : it's not you main console blablabla.

So i will contact them and tell i have sold my console and on my new switch i can't because they need to deactived my switch sold

Hi Nintendo i sold my old switch and i can't buy on eshop with my new one cause my old sold switch is still in Main console

All is perfect i tell to Nintendo and they deactived my old main console and i can play with my new one, legit, eshop working ♥
so 1 for SX OS
and 1 100% legit with my real account
