Hacking transfering saves ?

after I bought my R4 DS I want to transfer my saves if possible to R4 DS from super card I used Super Card to convert he games so they can run I really want to transfer my castelavnia DOS to R4DS is it possible ?

you can just copy your save directly.
but sometimes it doesn't work, you can use this site to convert the savegame to another format :

I pulled a save file off of a Nintendo DS game I own using Rain and do not know the format to use as the source on the shunyweb site. Anyone know what to use?
