Gaming Transfer saves from unmodded PS3 to modded PS3?

I messed up my ps3 by turning on I think Dex and Something else so that I could remarry the disc drive or something my disc drive was not working and I needed to fix it so I turned on what ever to fix my disc drive and now I get this screen and...

How do I do that? I found a save transfer option on the unmodded PS3 but it makes you update the console receiving the saves to the newest firmware.
