ROM Hack Transfer Save files from Switch A to B?

Greetings everyone,

So my problem right now is that I have a hacked switch and a vanilla one.
I wanted to transfer my save file from Zelda Botw and I figured out the official way would be the best.
I didn't know it needs an internet connection and I really don't want the hacked switch to go online..
Is there a way to still transfer the save data ? I have basically no clue when it comes to IT but isn't it possible to create a "Wifi" which is not connected to the internet so just both consoles can communicate with each other? If yes a short link would be really helpful.
My vanilla switch is on 10.2 and the hacked one is on 9.2 if this information is needed.

so as far as im aware there isnt a way to do this, ive scoured and scoured the deepest archives of the internet lol, all i could dig up was the only way to move a save onto a vanilla switch from a hacked one is to upload the modded save from the hacked switch to the cloud, then redownload it onto the vanilla switch. this would mean putting your hacked switch online temporarily, which i advise against cause i did and got banned instantly.
