Hacking Transfer .SAV to actual game.

I was wondering if it is possible to transfer my .SAV of Pokemon Platinum from my TTDS to the actual game. Thanks in advance.

You can use savsender
Rudolphs sav tools (dont know the exact name)

You can then use Rudolph's NDS Backup Tool (3in1+) v0.31a to move your .sav back to your cart.
