Homebrew Transfer data from hacked o3DS to a new one without using it

So that's what I want to know. I have a hacked o3ds with a 32GB SD, and I'm going to buy a New 3ds. The problem is that I need to sell this o3ds so I can buy the new one, so using system transfer is not an option for me, so I want to know if it is possible for me to use the SD from this o3ds and put it into the N3ds. I don't mind having to reinstall all the games, what I want to transfer the most are my saves. Is it possible? I want to hack the New one as well, if it happens to be necessary. Also, I'm going to use another NNID on the New console.

You can't use your SD card in another 3DS but you can extract your save files with a save manager homebrew and import them on your new 3DS if it's hacked
