Complex line
Does it help if you have a real translation for that line? I don't think it does, but:
まあ、 Well
あちらにしてみれば Looking at it from their perspective
自分の縄張りに In own territory
飛び込んだ犯罪者を Escaped criminal
他人任せにする Left to others/outsiders
わけだからな。 Is the case that (you see)
Well, if you do it over, you make other offenders who jumped into your territory. (Google)
Oh, it's because it's the reason which makes the criminal who plunged into his territory leaving all to others when taking that. (Excite)
Well, I leave the criminal who jumped into one's territory as for that place to another person. (Infoseek)
Well, you have to try it on their own turf and criminal responsibility on others not just you. (Yandex)
Oh dear, ..becoming it.. . to leaving others it as for the criminal who jumped into it to my territory if it makes it there.(ATLAS)
Oh, I make the criminal who jumped into one's territory as for that place the other leaving all to others. (LEC)

None of them are any good. Google is the best here, maybe.
Every single one missed (あちらにしてみれば Looking at it from their perspective). This is a hard one because: 1) it's multiple tokens 2) maybe they messed up the parsing (probably for some of the bad ones this happened) 3) あちら and みる have a lot of different meanings and the right ones are not being picked. Here あちら means "the other party" which is a more rare meaning for it.
Simple line
どうします? What do we do?
A lot of them have "What would you do?" which is the best it can really be without context.
