Toys R Us product question (hopefully quick)

I can't see Toys 'R Us sending a bag of loose action figures, so I'd have to say yes.

Probably just a design choice.
But apparently you're gonna have to go to the store to get it anyway, so it probably won't matter.

If it wouldn't come in the original packaging I'm pretty sure they need to say so in the item description. Like on Amazon it will give the option to buy an item in its original packaging or a hassle free opening version.
