Hacking Toy Story 3 Skin Request?/Port

Hey guys i was wondering if possible to make a toy story 3 acekard skin mainly for my r4 but seeing as wood r4 uses acekard skins i ask in here.

The skin i saw wich i would like ported and with a clock and calender and start menu attacthde(like a normal acekard theme) is the one found here:

Its not exactly the most moralistic thing to just port a skin without asking the creators of the skin you are attempting to port so, if anyone does fulfill this request, be sure to ask the original creator first.

Would love to see one but AceKard themes are generally harder to make than other themes. I remember playing around and making an R4 theme ( which was fairly easy )

whats so hard about them?
sure there is a guide someplace from way back and even a template which you just need to stick your own image top and bottom then fiddle with color codes?
did one myself so must be pretty easy lol.
