Can someone help me out, i'm completely confused about the timezone thing. I followed the link in the first post but it confused me more. Does anyone know what time 4:00PM (gmt+10) is for me. I live in Townsville, Australia, should be same timezone as Brisbane i think.

Daylight Savings over here shouldn't affect it, seeing how it should be the same as NSW/VIC time (GMT+10)
