Whenever I try to play touhou in fullscreen, my computer reacts the same way each time, 5 second screen seizure(WARNING), and some Japanese text that looks like an error with the only English words are directx and direct3d. Please Help Me.

I searched a bit and from what i can find it seems to be a resolution problem. Even though what i found was for 14, the error message is about the same (my japanese is realy bad) https://www.shrinemaiden.org/forum/index.php?topic=15347.0
I have also tried that, my only supported resolutions on my computer are 1366x768(recommended)", 1366x768, 1280x768, and 1024x768 and none of them work.
