I don't know if it could ever happen, but if it does, I'd buy a Japanese 3DS for it.
...well, probably not. But still, it'd be really awesome to just be able to play Touhou on-the-go. ^-^

it would be wonderfull and as we know, there is always the underworld of homebrew, sooner or later some homebrew will pop up just like the ds homebrew (even if that touhou ds don't have many stages)

Little too late for that. It's one of the most popular homebrew PC games, with TONS of people knowing about it.
