Homebrew TouchScreen not working on homebrew?

Whenever I load any homebrew app via the Homebrew Channel, The Touch screen never works :/

Still Doesn't work, im using Sudoku/Exidia as entry.

It's because the homebrew you're trying to run doesn't support TWL-mode touch screen input.
You can try SRLoader as boot.nds.

Well now I'm using http://gamebrew.org/wiki/DSi_Homebrew_Channel and loading srloader.nds in it. Now It loads but I get fatinitDefault failed!
Is it because my sd card is formated fat32? Should I change this?

No. Keep SRLoader as boot.nds.
After the exploit is loaded, try holding L, because SRLoader tries to relaunch into RocketLauncher, which is weird, because I don't think you have set that option.

Not on homebrew, though.
Might have to wait for RocketLauncher and HiyaCFW to be released.
