TopToyDS announced... For real this time

Remember last week when we announced the TopToyDS from the Neoflash Team? Turns out the Neo Team jumped the gun on the ownership of this new cart. Neo Team will actually just be re-distributing an OEM version of this cart with their own software updates.

The TopToyDS or 'TTDS' for short, has actually been introduced to us by an entirely new team who are apparently quite keen to get to work on this cart.

The TTDS contains the normal plethora of slot-1 features we've come to expect, but the team have also added a few extra promises into the mix. Features such as "SDHC support, zero game-lag, DLDI auto-patching, customisable Action Replay cheat support, and full download play support" are all here.

Take a look at the images above and the official feature list below for more information, and stay tuned for more info and a hands-on soon.
Update: It is currently available at MiniOnlineStore for £24.90 (GBP) which (at the time of writing) is $51.50 USD.

Never heard of this cart. Looks very promising. If it really includes all those features, it may be
    a competitor to the CycloDS.

Seems quite promising, I look forward to hearing more... It's been a while since a new flashcart has been announced that seems decent...

Shame no carts actually implement the feature I'd like to see, which is correct save size detection instead of the crude, fail-safe alternative of creating a maximum-size save file.

price will probably be a big factor on if this cart does well or not.

    I think he means:
the save file must match the savetype

Now all flashcards use 262.144kb or 524.288kb save files
regardless if it's 4k eeprom or 4mb flash

Is there any chance that they will come out with a NDS cart that has good support for GBA games? There are times that I just want to play Four Swords or Minish Cap, and be able to save in game like NDS games.

Looks exactly like the original R4. Maybe the R4 team is being sneaky and releasing this instead of an SDHC R4 [IMG]
