Hacking Tools for making ports

So I had the idea to make a port of Kingdom Hearts for the PSP. Yes I know it's a dumb idea but I'm kinda desperate to play Kingdom Hearts again. (My PS2 is broken.) So if anyone could link me to tools to make a port of this game it'd be greatly appreciated. (Maybe even requirements for ports to run on PSP.) Thank You.

To port a full game you need the full game assets and the source code to begin with.

Porting a full ps2 game to the psp is not just a matter of getting the files and copying it to the psp

Really the only way I can see this working is if you extensively hack Birth By Sleep into KH. There's no way to port it natively.
