Like, I'll get past the "Nintendo 3DS" screen and then show a Luma3DS error screen that says this:

Maybe your installation ended up corrupted. Despite the best efforts of the guys who engineer computer storage, errors do happen - and sometimes beyond the capacity of said devices to correct. Cosmic radiation can be a hell of a thing, and all that.

Have you updated Luma or something? I remember both Mario Tennis Open and Mario Golf World Tour refused to work on Luma 13.0.9 and 13.1.0, but worked in 13.1.1. It took me a lot of headache and several redumps to find out, as it felt like a totally random occurrence.

You could try an older one and see, if your game worked fine before.
