Gaming Tomb Raider legend save problem

hello,

i'm using tomb raider with a R4DS and, since recently, i've got a problem for saving my progress : since 90% of the japan level, i cannot save further progress :'(

I tried with another save file from a friend of mine who doesn't have this kind of trouble, but nothing changed

I still have over 30 Mb of free space on a 1 Gb microSD and i didn't have this issue with other game.

So, if someone could have a guess or an answer to give me, it will be greatly appreciated.
