I will be living in Paris for 6 months this year and I was hoping you could provide me with an approximate cost of living for 1 month in Paris. I would be looking for a small apartment that would be shared with 1-3 others. Any estimates would be helpful for my budgeting!

It depends if you are in Paris or nearby. Life is extremly expensive in Paris, you should keep in mind something about 500-700€ I think.

Depends. Starting at 600 euros/month you can get a decent flat in paris.
Life is expensive when you want to buy useless bullshit, but be careful when buying veggies or fruit as those are way too expensive.
