ROM Hack Title IDs Of ROM Hacks? (Maybe A Thread?)

So, I don't know if anyone has made this yet, but I'm curious to know if someone has made a database of all of the ROM Hacks that have been made on the 3DS Scene. If not, I was thinking people could use this thread to share IDs & stuff of all of the ROM Hacks on the 3DS Scene. I know it's asking for much, but it's something I look forward to, as I wanna extract the Star Sapphire Data I have on my 3DS. It's saved as an individual program, but if anyone has any means of making a thread/database on this, it would be greatly appreciated.
