tirmasu not auto booting into wii u menu

Hey guys so i have followed the guide and everything works great except i cant set the console to auto boot into tirmasu into wii u menu.
Appreciate your help and thanks in advance.

everytime i boot the console it directs me to the environment loader instead of tirmasu wii u menu

my issue has been resolved as the sd card had a write protection option on . i just would like to thank you for replying on my issue and helping me to solve this issue
