Okay, so I've discovered that the graphics are located in GCV files in the resLib archives, along with other files like LCV, OCV, CSV, ECV, and a lot of others. The GCV files use LZ77 compression, so after decompressing them you can see the graphics.
But, obviously the picture is mixed up and the colors are off. How could I find the palette? The map would be useful but it's not required because I can eventually get the image to show up correctly by changing the height/width/byte jump settings in CT2.
