Have you tried using tweezers or some other thin pokey thing like a toothpick?

I did the tinfoil 1 time to enable autorcm, now I don't have to bother with any jigs or tinfoils lol.

Or just bend the pins in a joycon works wonders

christ, is this bad advice day or what the heck is going on?
bent pins are future broken pins. don't do it.
Just mod your joycon. It makes things easier.
it's kind of a chore though and certainly not for everyone.
unless you're savy enough to get a reed switch mod going, I'd say, go for a good jig.

update I got it out with a needle! :D Time for me to buy a jig NEVER EVER DO THE TINFOIL METHOD ITS HORRIBLE

at least one post of sense. yeah, don't do tinfoil. if it gets stuck without you noticing, it might short out the entire system.
also, don't use screwdrivers.

I tried tdoing the stupid tinfoil method and got it stuck in my switch its in there good how do I get it out
So I couldn't get the paper clip to work and to my surprise all who couldn't had great success with the tin foil. Now I'm in the same situation and I'm not entirely sure where it magically went. Where did your tin foil go?
