Homebrew Question Tinfoil Question

Hello all,

I an trying to install nes mod nsp but when I do it tells me there is an update and I can't install or i will lose the extra games.
If i install using tinfoil and choose ignore firmware do you think it will still ask me to update once installed
My firmware is 9.2.0.
