So you saying I'm "burned out" ???
Makes sense... I don't have anything to do/fix since yesterday.
But honestly, Coffee has never wake me up, been drinking it since I was a kid precisely to "wake me" before arriving school.

Hmm... here's the thing:
Pills: 200mg of Caffeine.

Nescafe:

So, I do between 3 to 4 teaspoons in each cup of coffee, or roughly 150mg of Caffeine per cup.
Then, I drink between 4 to 7 cup of black coffee a day... that's 750mg of caffeine by cup 5.

Drinking 7 cups doesn't keep me awake... what do you think 200mg from a pill is going to do me?

Edit: I try to keep my cups per day at 3... but I won't say no to other 3 if there's pan dulce or cookies.

Energy drinks put me to sleep: Caffeine can make you feel sleepy because of how your brain handles a natural sleep chemical called adenosine, as well as how your body processes sugar and builds tolerance

How They Work Together

• Adenosine (The Sleep Pressure): Think of adenosine as a timer or an hourglass. The moment you wake up, it starts building up. The more active your brain is, the faster it accumulates, creating a heavy, drowsy feeling (sleep pressure) by late evening.
• Melatonin (The Darkness Signal): Think of melatonin as a clock or a messenger. It doesn't actually knock you out; instead, it signals to your body that nighttime has arrived, helping coordinate your sleep-wake timing.
• The Connection: Research suggests melatonin may also help trigger or boost adenosine signaling to smoothly transition your brain from wakefulness into deep slow-wave sleep.

Also, there's only like 3 houses that are unlocked, most of it is flooded, and you can walk the entire Kanto in less than an egg cycle.

Exacto! Esas cosas generadas por i.
