@hippy dave isnt QUITE right, there are super simple things you CAN do to make things flow more easily, but just sitting for a long time IS a bad idea and WILL give you haemorrhoids.

Things that provably work:
1. Gently rocking back and forth
2. resting your feet on a small footstool to bend your knees a little
