How can I become smart?

IQ is largely predetermined based on your genetics, it's been shown to be 80% heritable

However, what's more important than natural talent for the most part is hard work and determination

Most people are generally about the same IQ level, but what sets them apart is determination

Lots of smart people doing nothing with their lives, and people of average intelligence doing extraordinary things

You looking to generate a GIF? You can't "technically" add a sound into an animated GIF, well, you can but only output it as video. Only video files have audio streams.
