I have contemplated this too sometimes. As @hippy_dave mentioned about the cones. If I remember correctly, the majority of us see 1'000'000 colours - 1000 shades of each RGB frequency. Then there are those who are tetra-chtomatic and I guess can see 1'000'000'000 shades. That's wild. But it would be so crazy if your blue was my orange. I really hope everyone can see my blue. I think it's just right.How can we know if "my RGB" is the same as "your RGB"?
What if "Blue" to you is my "Orange"?
Do we all see RGB as "RGB"? Or could it be possible that people's RGB are "YZX" or even "ABC"?
