Hardware Third party Wii U controllers

The kind of controller I want for the Wii U is one that looks like a normal Wii U Pro controller but acts like a classic controller in Wii mode without needing to plug it in to a Wiimote... And those "pro" controllers out there that offer such functionality look ugly and look like they would be uncomfortable to hold.

That's just a classic controller and breaks too easy and is general crap otherwise. I know this first hand. So very glad I got a full refund...

I have this GAMEware one, I quite like it, no problems with it at all. Little bit cheaper than the official controller too.

Just picked one up at GAME, Really impressed with it so far. Also looks awesome in the dark with the blue neon lights £14 is a bargain at half the price of the official pro controller.

There's nothing wrong with the stick placement on the Wii U... Quit being a baby about different layouts.

Of course the stick placement is incorrect on the Wii U - there's absolutely no reason to put the right stick in the priority spot when it's mostly used for occasional camera control. Nintendo put it where the buttons should be, and it's not even a matter of personal fancy, it's a matter of ergonomics.

I have the controller from the OP but the A and B buttons were in the correct position. It's a nice controller

Anyone else have a problem with the Pro Commander triggers sticking? Thought about shaving out the area of contact, but I dunno...

Has anyone LED modded their Nyko Pro Commander? It seems like a prime candidate. I shined a blue LED behind the buttons and it looks amazing. Not too confident in my modding skills though. Need to know what kind of LEDs to use, where to attach them, etc. Could an Xbox 360 LED kit be modded to work?
