inb4 trading board for DeviceID.bin and CTCert.bin
It's literally rewriting ACT's code.bin to route everything to a local IP and then having everything go through Fiddler, then have that change the data sent to the server. Kinda naive and could be done way better, but I can't do anything with my 3DS anymore since Nintendo Support updated it.
Pokemon Banee here, tried contacting that PF2M guy and got all the files he asked for, but he stopped responding. If anyone else knows how to do it, help would be appreciated.
