Went to a hobby shop and bought some tamiya paints. The shop Is literally 2 minutes from my house, and they only sell rc car stuff. The cheapest rc car they carry was over $200 CAD.

Also bought some Christmas gifts. I'm almost done. I need to get my niece 1 more gift, my brother in law and sister more more thing each, and my nephew 1 more thing.

I know what you mean about how expensive RC can be. Buddy made his own course in his backyard and we used to go over there n play. He unfortunatly got letters from his HOA and had to tear it all down and plant grass. This not his yard but looked like it, was fun while it lasted. I since have sold all my RC cars/trucks but I do miss it. I'm more into racing drones now.

HOA can be a pain. I would love to do a track like that, but I rent. The store had some nice RC, but I can't justify $800 on something like that. I still have one from when i was a kid, but it's at my parents. It was some kind of 4x4 jeep or truck. I remember the charger it came with took 24 hours to charge the battery but the battery would last a decent amount of time.

I just woke up after falling asleep at 6am or so.
So, basically, I recently got 13 hours of sleep!

Does that count or is it entirely material? 🤔

My 2 Gundam kits came yesterday. An MG Sandrock EW and an HG Gundam AGE-FX. Also, I got a pair of red Bandai Spirits Entry Nipper as part of my nephews Christmas gift. He always uses a pair of mine, so these would be his 1st pair. They are nothing great, but they are his. Also got a spary can of Mr. Hobby Premium gloss top coat.

I got a pretty big order coming(supposedly) on Monday. For model kits I got an RG Gundam Epyon, a Mg Z'Gok, a 30MM W-18 Customize Weapons (Gatling Unit) 1/144, a Nissan 300ZX Turbo, a Fujiwara Takumi's Impressa WRX TypeR Sti 1/24(Initial D car kit), a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI 1/24 and a Nissan R390 GT1 1/24. Got some tamiya masking tape 6mm for when I paint. As for paints I got Dspiae Clear Green, Dspiae Clear Blue, Dspiae Clear Red, Dspiae Clear Yellow, Dspiae Chrome Silver,Dspiae Metallic Black Iron,Dspiae Leaf Green, Dspiae Purple, Mr Primer Surfacer 1000 Bottle(for airbrushing), a bottle of AK Gen-3 Lemon Yellow, AK Gen-3 Fluorescent Blue, AK Gen-3 Frog Green, AK Gen-3 Deep Sky Blue, AK Gen-3 Clear Red, AK Gen-3 Intense Pink, a tamiya paint brushe set, a AK Diagonal Weathering Brush, a 500ml bottle of Dspiae Thinner for Metallic Paint a Dspiae CHARYBDIS Magnetic Paint Shaker(for all the paints) and a One Piece DXF The Grandline Men Wanokuni Roronoa Zoro figure.

Damn that was a lot, lol. Only got the AK stuff to test out, and because they were on clearance
