My PSVSD finally showed up, and I got the silver version of this bag since I now have too much PSP stuff to all fit into the black version I already have. Still a good bag, though the black one definitely doesn't look quite as old.

I bought a DSiLL Classrom, and teardown.
Besides the serial number, system version and shell, there's nothing special.
The system is basically 1.4J, motherboard and CPU is retail ver.
(DSi(Japan) can be modified to system version"1.4J_kst": install system version"1.0J" first , then replace 00000000.app)
(Or use TDT to install system version "1.4J_kst")

One of my neighbours a couple of houses away were giving away their big fat TV, which was in perfect working condition, and now it's mine. :)

I have yet to test it to know for sure it's indeed working as good as they told me, but for now it is inside the storage shed in my backyard.

The reason for that is simply because I was able to move it all by myself from their doorstep to mine, but I definitely couldn't handle a flight of stairs without at least another person helping me to move it without dropping it, or injure myself in the process.

This thing weighs a ton, and it's so bulky, but I'm excited to try it out!
I'm happy because I really needed to replace my "temporary" TV in the living room, and no I don't care if this is not an HDTV, nor it is used, I was able to get it for free, and I very much plan to use it as soon as I could move it inside!

Wise to wait for help. It's better be safe than sorry!

I would have been fine if it wasn't for the flight of stairs really.
I live in the basement, so at least I know it will be much easier to bring it downstairs than upstairs, lol

I never got one to work, dunno why.

I guess I bought a statue / figurine of myself 🙃

I won my company's equivalent of the "guess how many jelly beans in the jar" contest. I work at a hospital, and we had a linen bag with iso gowns in it, and we had to guess how many were in it. I guessed 23, and it was the exact amount in the bag. The prize was an extra day's pay on my next paycheck. It's the 1st time I've ever won anything.

I got an HP EliteDesk 800 G3 Mini with a 1TB 2.5" SDD, and upgraded the RAM to 32GB.

I am very impressed with this little machine. I really just got it to play YouTube and The Sims. It's very snappy with 32GB, and Sims 3 has not crashed yet even with all of the expansions installed.

Pretty happy. I am considering making a Batocera build.

From setting it up last week I can say the information online on how to best use it is a bit outdated. If you followed the current vita hacks guide you basically have to remove YAMNT from the plugins, use storage manager by celesteblue, and configure storagemanager to mount the internal storage (INT) to imc0, UMA to ux0, and then optionally MCD to uma0 if you use an official memory card and GCD to grw0 or xmc0 if you also want to use an SD2Vita.
Beyond that the only thing you have to do as prep work is to copy every single file from your previous ux0 (your sd2vita if previously used, or a sony memory card) to the properly formatted MicroSD used in the PSVSD.
Oh and make sure there is no tai or taiold folder in the ux0 / psvsd / sd2vita, these folders should only exist in ur0 to make sure everything loads properly in the correct order. If they do exist check what's where and migrate it over to ur0 so enso can find it properly and your cfw configuration and plugins stick even if you remove any of the 3 possible removable storage devices.

Edit: INT only exists if you followed the new vita hacks guide, as they recommend creating one so the 1000 has the same internal 1gb memory card as the PSTV and slim models. Considering the 1000 has the biggest internal flash storage of all models I would recommend doing that, makes some things a little easier and ensures you can just blindly follow other guides that expect that partition to exist.

No, my problem has always been inconsistent read/write access to the SD card. Either both PCBs I bought were faulty or my vita has an issue with the 3G card interface.
