Hacking Things that can be removed from G6 Lite

I found out a bunch of useless files on my G6 Lite, if I just wanna use the ROM function without those PDA stuff. Which are safe to remove?

The PDA and the PDADS I think...I can't check because I sent it off to be exchanged.

for just NDS games u can format the whole damn thing, pop in the latest firmware, load in GBA mode and upgrade.
remember when formatting do fat16 (usually called fat)

To add to ^, after formatting and before loading ANYTHING on to it, use the maintenance utility that's on the CD, which comes with your G6 lite.

or you can just delete these two and it'll save you a reformat

Running the maintenance utility after a format is not necessary. I've done so a couple of times just fine. Once you load a game using the U-DISK manager it will create an empty NDS dir, and a GBA dir with two files in it, and you can be on your merry way.
