ROM Hack There is no solution out yet ?

Hi everybody

I spent a whole week searching for solutions to play games like "Lufia 2 DS" or "Star wars FU 2" etc...
i could'nt find anything that can bypass this ****** Anti-Piracy system.
Can you please explain to me why i can't play those games on my DSTT while the other could.
This way i could throw away the idea that one day i could play normally with my DS.
P.S: If there is a ray of hope don't keep it for yourself.

I think it's a fair answer. The DSTT hasn't been updated officially for nearly two years. It's outdated, it's been known not to be able to play games that have no AP at all. Buying a new flashcart is teh best option. I was using Ysmenu on R4 but when DSTT updates stoppped, I switched.

Actually pretty much every game has some form of AP, just most flash carts use general patching methods to patch a type of AP for every game that has it...

It's the big-name titles that we say have AP, but what they have is NEW AP that hasn't been patched yet.

I think he's accusing emigre of trolling by linking to an Acekard 2i. Not you. I think that upgrading to an AK2i or other, more "modern" flashcart, would probably be the best option, though…

As for buying a game, I can safely say that GBATemp does not condone piracy, and I'm personally here for things like translations, etc., and I use my flashcart so I just bring that with me rather than a big thing of games.

I believe there is an AP patch for u, Likram had an hex fix and it's for (almost) every flashcard.
