Gaming themes?

Hi,
I'm confused about PSP themes, can someone please answer these questions for me?

• Does the psp have native theme support or do you need a plugin?
• How do you make themes for the psp?
• what is cxmb and how is it different/better than the "normal" theme system? If it is better, how do I make themes for it?
