Hacking Themes Go Byebye Once 3DS is turned off

Every time I use a theme on my 3ds and go to settings or reset my 3DS it goes away and uses the default white background. I figure this is an sd error seeing I am using a 200gb sd card that I formatted but what if there's something more to it? Ive tried googling the solution but nothing pops up, just stuff about custom themes. Anyone got an idea on how to fix this?

Check ur SD Card for errors. That SD seems to be a one of millions of fake cards. I think the program to test the card was called h2testw

I dont see why it would be fake. Its been working for a long time now and just started messing up. I'll see if its fake or not in a second
