Gaming Theme Changes Automatically in Vista

Hi
I was just wondering today about whenever I do something with movies, say converting them, burning them, or even viewing them in explorer.
The theme changes from aero to windows vista classic, this pisses me off so much

How can I make this go away? Thanks for any help..
