I don't understand people's fascination with 1080p - we've gone past that resolution years ago. Now that HD has become "a thing" it almost feels like monitor manufacturers go to that level and no further, the dawn of 4K will truly be glorious, we'll finally get past that imaginary hurdle.

Can this game please be delayed for a few more years? I've picked up the first and second witchers during steam sales but thus far couldn't be bothered to install them. I've heard they're quite long, so I'll be busy for the aforeseeable future.


And damnit...this fanboyism is getting on my nerves. Last gen, at least the wii was noticeably weaker. Now, you can barely see any difference between versions even if you put two exact same cutscènes side by side. I know the 'p' in 1080p isn't referring to 'penis size', but it sure feels like it.

The gap between the Wii and the PS3/360 is equivalent to the gap between the Wii U and the PS4/Xbox One, the reason why you're not "seeing" it yet is because current gen isn't in full swing yet, plus you're used to last generation graphics due to years upon years of PS3/360 games. Anywho, it's not really a matter of fanboyism, it's just fun and jokes.

I've head a lot of good things about the series and even some saying it's better than skyrim, the delay was disappointing but hopefully it means better content then it's all good, we have a long wait ahead though, I've been meaning to try out the first two titles on pc but i just don't have the time yet to dedicate my time fully to them yet.
