Made an account just to say this, but there's a version of CoinKiller at http://kuribo64.net/board/thread.php?id=2323&page=22 if you scroll down to the post by TheKoopaKingdom. I can confirm CoinKiller saves entrances, exits, and zone changes. I'm not sure about other things, but when used with reggie you don't have many limits to what you can do. You might want to add this to your guide so people know. :D

EDIT: Background changing, palette changing, and pretty much everything works! The only reason to use reggie is for block placement, as it's not the best in coinkiller.

EDIT2: Paths are not in CoinKiller, but you can use reggie for those.

MESSAGES AND STUFF

There is a tool for this, called MSBT Reloaded. Click here to download it: https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-msbt-editor.401354/

COMPLEX WAY

Step 1: Go to the Message folder and go to whatever language there is (English_US is the best).

Step 2: You'll see alot of folders. Click on one of them, and double click on the other folder. You'll see a msbt file. Open it using a Hex Editor.

Step 3: Scroll down, and you'll see letters with dots. You'll see like: C.o.p.i.e.d. on the left. You can replace it with... uh, let's see... T.u.r.d.e.d. *Laughs*

Step 4: Make sure you save the file afterward. After repacking, you see the words, "This file has been turded." (Like, it pooped)

Step 5: Enjoy all the funniness.
Just an FYI. If the user changes the size of the file, or the size of a string relative to another one in any way, various bugs/crashes will happen. I do not recommend hex editing MSBT files in any way! Especially when the user doesn't know the format by heart.
