The Sims Bustin Out HD Textures NTSC

This one was relatively easy since the entire games structure is built around a "build it yourself'". I made sure to go through the game to verify, but you can literally go to "build" mode and just start dumping and upscaling all of the games assets used to build it's enviornments.
NOTES

• I'd like to consider this a WIP, but all of what's important is done. The only thing that I purposely didnt upscale was some character icon sprites because they are so badly rendered, they become eldritch horrors.
• This should go without saying, but Sims Bustin Out is old school, similar to world of warcaft where whatever you are wearing the game automatically makes a bitmap of that texture instantly. That means it is literally impossible to upscale any of the character creation facial features, clothing, etc. However, The npcs in the world you encounter can be upscaled since they are static models.
