The PS Vita's Battery Is NOT Removable

Can you take out the battery from the system?

No. PS Vita has an in-built battery.

I know some people already know this but for those who don't know, here is the bad news.

This didn't really need a new topic, it was already mentioned before multiple times. And yeah basically if your battery dies you go send it to sony and they will charge you etc.

Actually the only thing I have ever seen is speculation that it wont be removable.

Never seen it confirmed once, at least here.

I wouldn't be surprise if hackers or whatever find away to open it up. (disregarding warranty)

It has to be a way to open the psv.

Trying to avoid another "Pandora's Battery" fiasco I see.

Ehh, I probably won't get a vita till it's hacked anyway, but I can see how this may put a damper on hackers.
